Ms. Kon is a Malaysian Citizen who was called to the New Zealand Bar in May 1991, the West Malaysian Bar in May 1992, the East Malaysia Bar in November 1994, and the Brunei Bar in March 1996.
She is an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Sarawak Mediation Centre, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
Before joining this Firm, Ms. Kon practiced in both East and West Malaysia.
Ms. Kon has more than 31 years of experience as a lawyer.
Ms. Kon has 27 years at the Brunei Bar, and she is admitted as an Insolvency Practitioner in Brunei registered and certified by the Ministry of Finance in Brunei.
Ms. Kon is experienced in general practice, company and corporate matters, conveyancing, contractual matters, banking, personal injuries, probate matters, debt collection, and estate matters. She has attended various courses in Islamic Banking.
Ms. Kon was also in Messrs Abrahams, Davidson & Co and from 1996 to 1998 and partner at Messrs Zul-Sukarla Law Office from 1999 to 2003 and also a senior partner at Messrs Rudi Lee, Annie Kon & Associates (formerly known as Fathan, Rudi Lee, Annie Kon & Associates) from 2003 to present.
